1粉絲浸軟,擠乾水備用 Soak glass vermicelli until tender. Squeeze dry.( @9 X( Z4 A$ c7 E) _
2指天椒切碎 Chop pepper.$ I# n0 `! _( s- Q) s* S
3肥牛片大火爆炒至7成熟,盛起備用 Stir beef slices until tender. Set aside.; b6 ]* m# W0 j& h3 u+ |
4原鍋爆香薑蓉、乾葱蓉、蒜蓉及指天椒 Stir fry minced ginger, shallot, garlic and chopped pepper.
